Displaying Reviews from Multiple Sources

Sociable Reviews lets you combine reviews from Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot into a single widget. This gives your customers a complete picture of your social proof in one place.

How Multi-Source Widgets Work

Each widget can pull from one, two, or all three review platforms. When you select multiple sources during widget creation, reviews from every source are combined into a single feed and displayed together.

Setting Up a Multi-Source Widget

1. In the app dashboard, click Create Widget.
2. In the Review Sources section, check the platforms you want to include (Google, Facebook, Trustpilot).
3. Enter the business identifier for each selected source:

Google --- Use the autocomplete search or enter a Place ID manually. 4. Facebook --- Enter your Facebook page URL. 5. Trustpilot --- Enter your Trustpilot business URL. 6. Configure your widget name, review count, and options as usual. 7. Click Create and proceed to review selection.

Review Selection Across Sources

On the Review Selection step, you can filter reviews by source using the tabs at the top (All, Google, Facebook, Trustpilot). Each tab shows a count of available reviews. You can select reviews from any source in any order --- the order you click determines the display order on your storefront.

Source Indicators

Each review card in the widget displays the source it came from (e.g. “via Google”, “via Facebook”). Star ratings are shown for Google and Trustpilot reviews, while Facebook reviews display a “Recommends” or “Doesn’t Recommend” indicator.

Things to Keep in Mind

• Different rating formats --- Google and Trustpilot use star ratings (1—5), while Facebook uses a recommendation system. Both formats display correctly in the widget.
• Review count limit --- The total number of reviews shown is limited by your review count setting (1—30), drawn from all selected sources combined.
• Source balance --- Use the Review Selection step to choose a mix of reviews from different platforms.
