Stuck on Loading when Completing Bundle

If your bundle gets stuck on loading when customers click “Complete Bundle” or “Add to Cart,” don’t panic — this is usually easy to fix.
Common Causes
- The bundle product was deletedBundable creates a Shopify product for each bundle. If this product was accidentally deleted from your Shopify admin, the app can’t create variants. Go to your Shopify admin → Products, and check if the bundle product exists. If it was deleted, contact us at support@soviapps.com and we’ll help restore it.
- Product availability issueMake sure the bundle product (with type
svi_hidden) is set to “Available on Online Store” in your Shopify admin. Without this, Shopify blocks the cart addition. - Display settings conflictIn the bundle’s Display Settings, check that if “Note Required” is enabled, “Use Note” is also enabled. If a note is required but the note field isn’t shown, the bundle can’t complete.
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact us at support@soviapps.com with your .myshopify.com URL and the name of the affected bundle.
