Can't Complete Bundle (Infinite Loading)

If clicking “Complete Bundle” causes the page to get stuck in an infinite loading state, the most common cause is a note settings conflict.

Check Your Settings

  1. Open the Bundable app
  2. Click Edit next to the affected bundle
  3. Scroll down to the Shipping & Product section
  4. Check the customer notes settings

Specifically, look for this scenario: if “Note Required” is checked but “Allow Customer Notes” is not enabled, the bundle builder expects a note from the customer but never shows the note input field. This creates the infinite loading state.

Fix

Either:

  • Enable “Allow Customer Notes” so the note field appears, OR
  • Disable “Note Required” if you don’t need notes

Save the bundle and the issue should be resolved.
