After installing the app and trying to view a bundle, you may notice the page appears blank. Although frustrating, this is usually easy to fix.
Common Causes
1. Currency Code Issue
The most common cause is a missing or misconfigured currency setting in your Shopify theme. The bundle builder needs to know your store’s currency to display prices.
Check your theme’s settings to ensure a currency is properly configured.
2. Theme Compatibility
Some themes may have JavaScript or CSS that conflicts with the bundle builder page. If you recently changed themes, this could be the cause.
3. Store Password Protection
If your store is password-protected, make sure you’re logged in before trying to access the bundle page.
Quick Fix
Try viewing the bundle in an incognito/private browser window. If it loads correctly there, the issue is likely a browser extension or cached content conflicting with the page.
