Shipping Rates Not Applying

If your shipping rates aren’t applying correctly to bundle orders, here are some things to check.

Weight-Based Shipping

If you use weight-based shipping rates, make sure your bundle has the Use Weight option enabled in the bundle settings. When enabled, the total weight of all products in the bundle is calculated and used for shipping rate determination.

You can also set a Bundle Weight to add a fixed weight (for packaging/container weight) on top of the product weights.

Bundle Product Settings

In Single-SKU mode, the bundle is added to cart as a single product. Make sure the bundle product in Shopify has Requires Shipping enabled. You can check this in your Shopify admin under the bundle product settings.

The Bundable app sets requireShipping: true by default, but if the product was modified outside the app, this setting may have changed.

Multi-SKU Mode

In Multi-SKU mode, each product is added individually to the cart, so Shopify calculates shipping based on each item’s own weight and shipping settings. No special configuration is needed in Bundable.
