"App is not supported" or "Unsupported" Notice
Updated 2026-02-15
The Short Answer: Bundable is fully functional, actively supported, and built on the latest Shopify technology.
If you previously saw an “App is not supported” or “Unsupported” label in your Shopify admin, this has been resolved.
What Happened
In late 2025, Shopify updated their App Store guidelines to favor newer API technology (GraphQL) over the older standard (REST API) that the original version of Bundable was built on.
What We Did
We completely rebuilt Bundable from the ground up using the latest Shopify technology:
- Fully migrated to the Shopify GraphQL Admin API (2026-01)
- Built on a modern technology stack with improved performance and reliability
- All existing bundles, settings, and order history have been preserved
- Added new features including Multi-SKU Bundling and Build-a-Box Multi-Step Bundles
What This Means for You
You don’t need to do anything. The app continues to work as it always has, and your bundle pages, URLs, and configurations remain unchanged. If you are still seeing any “unsupported” messaging, please try the following:
- Open your Shopify admin
- Navigate to Apps
- Open Bundable
- The app should load normally
If you continue to see any issues, please reach out to us at support@soviapps.com and we’ll get it sorted right away.
