We offer support services exclusively online, to keep us accessible to merchants globally. Currently, we do not offer phone or video call support.

Getting Email Support
For email support, reach out to us at support@soviapps.com.
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
- What your request is about
- Your .myshopify.com URL
- Your .myshopify.com password (if the shop is locked for visitors)
- Any screenshots that may help us resolve your query
We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours, but please allow up to two business days for a response.
In-App Help
You can also reach us through the help widget built into the Bundable app. Click the help icon in the bottom-right corner of the app to send us a message directly.
Scope of Support
What’s Covered
✅ Our support covers queries about the app’s functionality, integration and installation, help with configuring app settings, and addressing any observed bugs.
We also offer basic CSS customization of your bundle pages at no extra charge. Just send us a note with your direction and screenshots of how you’d like your bundle pages to look.
What’s Not Covered
❌ Our support does not cover issues caused by third-party apps, or those which fall under the scope of your theme developers, such as native theme settings and design decisions.
Building out custom integrations with other apps is not covered, though we can do our best to point you to the best available solution.
