Bundable, “the App,” provides the ability to create bundles of existing products with discounts, minimums, and automatic inventory sync, “the Service,” to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. The App is developed and maintained by Sovi Apps.

This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and stored when the App is installed and used in connection with a Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When the App is installed, the following information is collected from a merchant’s Shopify account:

Shop domain
Shopify session tokens
Owner email address

Additionally, the following types of information are collected once the App has been installed and bundles are purchased:

Customer name, email address, and Shopify customer ID for customers who purchase bundles
Order details including line items, pricing, and fulfillment status

This information is collected through the Shopify API when orders are placed and processed through the App.

How Is Personal Information Used?

Personal information is collected in order to provide the Service and operate the App. Specifically:

Shop domain and session tokens are used to authenticate and communicate with your Shopify store
Order and customer information is used to track bundle purchases, manage inventory, and provide order export functionality within the App
Owner email is used to communicate about the App subscription and provide support

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or marketing communications.

Data Storage and Infrastructure

All data is stored securely using the following infrastructure providers:

Render (render.com) for application hosting, located in the United States
Neon (neon.tech) for PostgreSQL database hosting, located in the AWS US East (Ohio) region

Data is encrypted in transit via TLS/SSL. Both Render and Neon maintain SOC 2 compliance and follow industry-standard security practices.

The third-party services used in connection with the App are:

Personal information may also be shared to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information, or to otherwise protect our rights.

The App handles all Shopify-mandated compliance webhooks including customer data requests, customer data erasure, and shop data erasure. The App does not store personal information beyond what is described in this policy.

Your Rights as a European Resident

You have the right to access your personal information and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, please note that your information is processed to pursue our legitimate business interests outlined above. Your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data Retention

When a customer places an order through the App, order information (order number, customer name, email, line items, and fulfillment status) is maintained for our records. This data is stored in our database hosted by Neon. Data is retained for as long as the merchant’s account is active.

Upon uninstallation of the App, the merchant’s shop record is marked as inactive. Merchants may request full data deletion by contacting support@soviapps.com.

Minors

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. It is the responsibility of the merchant (not the App) to ensure age restrictions are enforced on selling products that require age limits.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
