Exporting Orders
Updated 2026-03-03
Bundable includes a built-in Orders dashboard and CSV export feature so you can track and analyze your bundle sales.
Viewing Orders
- Open the Bundable app in your Shopify admin
- Click on Orders in the navigation
- Browse your bundle orders with details including order number, customer name, bundle name, total price, fulfillment status, and date
You can filter orders by date range: All Time, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 365 Days, or a Custom Date Range.
Exporting to CSV
- From the Orders page, click the Export button
- Choose your date range if you want to filter the export
- A CSV file will download containing one row per component item in each bundle
Export Columns
The CSV export includes the following columns:
- Order Number — Shopify order number
- Order Date
- Customer — first and last name
- Fulfillment Status
- Order Total
- Refunded — Yes or No
- Bundle Name
- Component Product — the individual product inside the bundle
- Component Variant — the specific variant (e.g., “Medium / Red”)
- SKU
- Price
- Vendor
This format makes it easy to import into spreadsheet applications or third-party analytics tools for further analysis.
Single-SKU vs. Multi-SKU Bundles
Single-SKU bundles get full component-level detail in the CSV export. Since Single-SKU bundles appear as a single line item in Shopify (one combined product), the Bundable export is the only place you can see what individual products were inside each bundle order.
Multi-SKU bundles appear as a summary row in the export (bundle name and order info, but without individual component columns). This is by design — because Multi-SKU bundle components are already individual line items in Shopify, all component-level reporting is available natively through Shopify’s own order tools.

Reporting on Multi-SKU Bundles in Shopify
Since each product in a Multi-SKU bundle is its own line item on the Shopify order, you can use Shopify’s built-in reporting to get full component detail. Every bundle product that Bundable creates is tagged with the product type Bundle and the tag bundable, which makes filtering easy.
Option 1: Export Orders from Shopify
- Go to Orders in your Shopify admin
- Use filters to narrow by date range, fulfillment status, or other criteria
- To find only bundle-related orders, search for orders containing products with product type Bundle or tagged bundable
- Click Export and choose your preferred format
- Each Multi-SKU bundle component appears as its own row with full product name, variant, SKU, price, and quantity
Option 2: Use Shopify Reports
- Go to Analytics → Reports in your Shopify admin
- Open Sales by product or Sales by product variant SKU to see how individual products within your Multi-SKU bundles are selling
- To isolate bundle parent products specifically, use Sales by product type and filter to the Bundle product type — this shows revenue and units sold for your bundle products only
- To see which individual items are selling most through bundles, open Sales by product vendor or Sales by product and cross-reference with your bundle component products
These reports automatically include Multi-SKU bundle components because Shopify treats them as standard line items.
Option 3: Filter Products by Type or Tag
All bundle products created by Bundable have:
- Product type set to Bundle
- Tag set to bundable
You can use these to filter in several places:
- Products → Filter by product type “Bundle” — quickly find all your bundle parent products
- Orders → Search by product — search for a specific bundle product name to find all orders containing that bundle
- Analytics → Reports — filter any product-based report by the Bundle product type to isolate bundle sales from regular product sales
Between the Bundable CSV export and Shopify’s built-in tools, you have complete visibility into every bundle order regardless of bundle type.
