Cancel Bundable Subscription & Billing

Although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your Bundable subscription at any time by following these steps:

1. Login to your Shopify admin
2. Go to Settings (bottom left corner of your Shopify admin)
3. Go to Apps and sales channels in your Settings
4. Locate Bundable and click Remove
5. The app has now been successfully uninstalled, and you have been unsubscribed!

Billing Details

Bundable offers the following plans, billed through Shopify:

• Standard Plan (Monthly): $24.99/month
• Standard Plan (Annual): $249.90/year (save 2 months)
• Free Trial: 14 days from installation

If you uninstall in the middle of a billing period, you may have one last charge appear on your Shopify invoice. If you’ve followed the steps above, there should be no more charges after your last billing.

What Happens to My Data?

When you uninstall, your bundle configurations and order history are retained in our system in case you decide to reinstall in the future. If you’d like your data permanently deleted, please contact support@soviapps.com.

If for some reason you are still charged after uninstalling, please contact support@soviapps.com and we’ll get it sorted.
